Privacy Policy

Revenco (“we,” “us”) is built to work without knowing who you are. This policy explains the limited information involved when you use the site.

1. Searches

When you search or change the filters, your browser sends your choices (style, inseam, size, rise, budget and sort order) to our server. When you show your saved items, it also sends the IDs of the products you saved, so the server can show just those. We use these to build the page and don’t keep them.

To get results, our server turns your filters into a search phrase, such as “petite jeans for women 26 inch inseam size 4,” and requests results from SerpApi, which gets them from Google Shopping.

That request comes from our server, not your browser, so SerpApi and Google don’t receive your IP address from it. We store search phrases and their results on our server so we can reuse them for up to 24 hours. Stored searches aren’t linked to you or your device.

2. Information stored in your browser

We use your browser’s local storage to remember:

• products you save as favorites;
• whether you prefer light or dark mode.

This stays on your device. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings.

We also set two essential cookies: a session cookie, and a security token that protects the site against forged requests. They don’t identify you or record what you browse, they aren’t used for ads or analytics, and they expire after two hours of inactivity.

3. Product images and retailer links

Product photos load directly from image servers run by Google, SerpApi or retailers. As with any image on the web, those servers can receive your IP address and browser details, and may use their own cookies under their own policies. We ask your browser not to tell them which Revenco page you were on.

When you follow a link to a retailer, you leave Revenco and the retailer’s privacy policy applies.

4. Server logs

Like most websites, our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs, such as IP address, browser type, page requested and time, to keep the site secure and running. We don’t use these logs for advertising or to build profiles.

5. How we use information

We use the information above only to show search results, keep the site secure, and stay within our service limits.

6. Sharing

We don’t sell or share personal information, including as those terms are defined under California law. We send search phrases to SerpApi only to get results. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

7. Your choices and rights

Because Revenco has no accounts or profiles, we generally hold no personal information about you to access, correct or delete. You can clear your favorites, theme choice and cookies at any time by clearing your browser’s site data.

Depending on where you live, including California and other US states, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information and to opt out of its sale or sharing. To make a request, contact us and we’ll respond as the law requires.

8. Children

Revenco isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from them.

9. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the site and our server. No website can be completely secure, though.

10. Changes

If we change how Revenco handles information, we’ll update this policy and the date at the top of the page.
