These terms apply when you use the Revenco website (“Revenco,” “we,” “us”). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

1. What Revenco does

Revenco is a discovery tool that helps you find petite pants. We show product listings from third-party sources, mainly Google Shopping through SerpApi. We don’t sell products, take payments, or handle shipping or returns.

2. Product information

Listings, prices, ratings, availability, sizes and inseam details come from third parties and retailers. They can be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Some details, such as rise, style or inseam, may be estimated from a product’s title or description. Always check the details on the retailer’s site before you buy.

3. Buying from retailers

When you follow a link to a retailer, you leave Revenco. Any purchase is between you and that retailer, and their terms, privacy policy, prices and return policy apply. We aren’t responsible for retailers’ products, websites or customer service.

4. Fit guidance

Our inseam guide, filters and fit notes are general information to help you start your search. They don’t guarantee that any item will fit you.

5. Acceptable use

When using Revenco, you agree not to:

• use the site for anything unlawful;
• scrape, copy, republish or resell the site’s content or search results in bulk;
• send automated requests to our API or try to get around its limits;
• interfere with the site’s security or operation, or try to access areas you aren’t meant to.

6. Intellectual property

The Revenco name, logo, design and original content belong to us. Product names, photos and trademarks belong to their owners and are shown only to help you identify products.

7. No warranties

The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including about accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We don’t promise the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Revenco isn’t liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for losses arising from your use of the site, the product information on it, or purchases you make from retailers. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to US $100.

9. Changes

We may update the site or these terms from time to time. When we change the terms, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. If you keep using Revenco after a change, you accept the updated terms.
